" Deval helped us with our house extension from planning, designing till Building Control stages. Deval can easily understand extension scope and work on the designs to achieve full potential before going to planning application stage. Deval was very helpful and advised several good ideas and taken care throughout the planning process and the application approved without any queries. In Stage 2, Deval produced clear Construction diagrams by taking inputs from Structural engineer and all went well with our project. Many thanks and I can happily recommend Deval for any sorts of Architectural work. "

" Deval founder of Home extenDs has helped us with the architectural planning permission application and construction/detail drawings etc that needs to meet the building regulations. Deval was very helpful in giving us suggestions, otherwise we would have missed some opportunity of extension possibilities. Her thoughtful ideas and consideration were of great help as we did not have any knowledge of construction work in UK. Our construction work is in progress and Deval keeps checking about the progress. We have taken her Stage 3 for 3d Visual services for kitchen dining area so we can imagine the colour combination and order the kitchen accordingly. We can't wait for the construction work to complete, and we move into our bigger, better house. Thanks Deval for all your hard work. "

" Deval did our complete house extension project starting from planning till Building Control approval. In Stage 1, she made couple of schemes and gave very good ideas about the extension possibilities. We got the approval very smoothly. We added couple of more things like converting the hip to gable roof and she helped in that as well. Later in Stage 2 she made detailed drawings for construction and collaborated with Builder and Structural Engineer too. We have almost completed the house extension and soon we will be move in Dec 2024! Thank you Deval for helping in the whole process. "

" Deval did planning application for my porch area and helped in getting the approval in Covid time. It was very crucial time in second wave where people were hesitating to go outside. She did the whole process remotely and didn’t even visit a single time. Well done Deval and thank you very much for sorting the Porch extension in so crucial time. "
